So Im training for a soccer season, I play left wing. I need to practice getting the ball up in the air and crossing it to the middle so that our forwards can head in. But recently, Ive been kicking the ball into the ground, and getting angered. I know that you have to lean your body back in order to get it high, any other suggestions? I am a righty kicker, but I play left wing because I am also good with left. Got tips rather or not Im trying to cross it with my left or right.

Just started in a community league and I’m concerned that with the indoor soccer ball being suede, gloves (while protecting my hands) would give me worse grip of the ball. Is this not the case or are there keeper gloves particularly designed for indoor soccer?
By the way, I’m looking for real answers from people who don’t have a bunch of testosterone to throw around. Thanks!

I have a soccer ball and practise every day. But there is one problem. I love netball. Netball i have been playing for 6 years, but to tell you the truth i am sorta getting sick of it. Like each time i see a soccer game on tv or see my friends playing i just wish i was out there playing too. I feel that soccer is almost my life. But the problem i mentioned before stops me from playing it. You see here in our home town Netball is pretty much on the same time as soccer. Soccer is a little bit earlier in the morning but you have to travel so far.
Please help me in this situation!
