And are we not wrong in so saying, since the most prestigious tournaments in Europe (like the UEFA Champions League) have not been won most by an English team? I think Spanish teams (Real Madrid and Barcelona) have contributed most to European football than English teams.

Does money have anything to do with the whole thing rather than the love of the game?

Sasan asked:

I’m in Canada and I have joined my school soccer team. The coach has seen how good I am and has sent me on the Vancouver soccer team. I just wanted what I should do to become a professional soccer player. Where should get noticed? Where should I find scouts who can help me get into MLS and then get transfered to Europe for higher levels. How should I keep my dreams alive? I’m in grade 10 of high school and already I was asked to join the Vancouver Soccer Team because they have seen a lot of potential in me.

Thanks for any advice and Merry Christmas to all.

Is there a broadcaster that offers variety of leagues from European shores. Premiership, Seria A, Spanish league, Champions league and international games is what I am trying to get but I don’t want to pay for all those other foxtel channels that I don’t have the use for. I am basically looking for a way of getting just soccer matches.
