I understand there are 4 levels( Premiership, Champions League, League one and League two), but the teams can move up and down levels, correct? If so, how do they figure out which teams move leagues?

How do I watch European soccer in Australia?

I currently have Foxtel. I was hoping to find out if there is any other way to watch soccer matches from europe. Is there a broadcaster that offers variety of leagues from European shores. Premiership, Seria A, Spanish league, Champions league and international games is what I am trying to get but I don’t want to pay for all those other foxtel channels that I don’t have the use for. I am basically looking for a way of getting just soccer matches.
